When planning to store your belongings please keep the following in mind:

Most of us have a lot more than we think we have. It is better to rent slightly more space than to rent two units. It is also more economical.

Please use plastic totes and stretch wrap for anything valuable.

Never store food, fuel, ammunition or fertilizer.

If you store anything liquid please put a tarp under it so it does not damage the concrete. Damaged concrete will result in a forfeited deposit.

A 10 x 20 is approximately the size of a one car garage. Decide if you need that much space, more space or less space. Then see the options below.

We prorate move in — we do not prorate move out.

The deposit is refundable when you have paid at least one calendar month, given us 10 days notice, emptied and swept the unit and removed your lock.

We do not insure your goods. However, we offer an affordable Tenant Protection Program. Select the tab above to learn more.

The minimum rental period is the prorated month plus one calendar month. After that it is month to month.

If you are going to store a vehicle of any kind there are special rules and an addendum you need to sign. There is also an additional deposit. Please speak with management directly to make this arrangement.
